Podiatry rounds that come to your residents
NEO Mobile Podiatry provides scheduled bedside foot care for your whole census — routine and diabetic nail care, corns and calluses, wound checks — with the documentation your chart audits and state surveys expect.
Why facilities partner with us
- Zero cost to the facility — visits bill to residents' insurance (Medicare Part B for qualifying conditions)
- Survey-ready progress notes in your charts after every rounds day
- Fewer falls and wound escalations through routine foot care and early detection
- No transport coordination: no van, no escort staff, no missed lunches
- One predictable rounds calendar, with census updates requested before each visit
How it works
1. A quick call
We confirm your census, consent process, and the right rounds cadence for your building (typically about every 9 weeks, aligned with Medicare's routine foot-care interval).
2. Consent packets
We provide the packet; your team sends it to residents' responsible parties. We handle tracking from there.
3. Rounds day
Our podiatrist sees residents room to room — no transport, no disruption to meals or activities. Your staff points us down the hall; we do the rest.
4. Documentation for your charts
Every resident seen gets a signed progress note delivered for your records — the documentation surveyors want to see for foot care and fall-risk prevention.
